What i loved about the show was d obvious dedication of the participants to actually loose weight........... it also showed that isolation can really help to acheive things u otherwise may not be able to do...... wat i dint like abt the show was d sardarji, forgot his name coz it dint seem like he put his own heart into it....... m sure he could have done better..... he had a great motivation.... his daughter...... n sandeep i loved ur confidence and dedication on the show...... u were the only one i saw obvious results in within the first 3 weeks....... u did loose the most n u were so damn dedicated..... however; it seems uv put most of the weight back, if i were to go by ur pics....... is it true?
No , he hasnt put any weight back , those are old pics of his !! anyways , he was my senior in college and a brilliant one at that , knew how to command faith , loyalty and respect from his juniors really well , gelled with us very much and i would want to wish him all the luck to achieve his desire of making it big !! transforming into the Biggest winner from being the Biggest Loser !!! You rock brother !!!
about the show - hmmm.. what i don't understand is that when peopl e are getting fat, cant they do something about it then n there than after reaching a stage when are good enough to be showcased as freaks of nature for the whole india to watch n be named as looser? snip the evil in the bud or arrest the fat in the initial stages.
about you - saala used to steal my tiffin in class.. payed off u bugger.. i want my cut from the prize money.
i absolutely liked your attitude on the show...extremely motivated and dedicated toward the cause....you didnt get drawn into the petty politics on the show and focused on your objective :) and ofcrse twas great to see you win...:)

I have not put on weight after the show. Have put on muscle weight as I have got into strenght training now.
